Our family long ago very want go to the United States of America. My Mother when she was 15 years old and she learned in the USSR school, she very want go the U.S, because living in the USSR began poor and bad. Politician people (Government) did not want that people go to different countries to live, also they didn’t want people to leave from USSR.
Some years ago our family went  to Moscow (it’s biggest and greatest city in Russia) and went to embassy of the USA. We  gave our documents special people and we celebrated the trip to the United States and our family started packing bags for trip to the U.S.

My city (where I was born) is small, but it’s doing better, bigger that bigger, but now it’s small. Also my city (Kirov) nearly to  Moscow, (about 800 kilometers) from Russia, this distance is nothing.
We went with our bags, my mother, my father, and I was ready to the flight to the New York, United States of America.
That wasn’t my first flight, because I traveled to other countries, (Turkey, Egypt, Bulgaria and other) and I know what is flying in plane.
In the Moscow airport, (was greatness, newest , beautiful, biggest) we went to stand of our aircompany. We stayed too many hours in the stand of our aircompany, because it was our first flight to the United States. And after all these we went to the restaurant and ate something for be good and to not be tired after flight. After eating we sit to the plane and the plane started flying to the U.S.

We are in flight. Flight was hard, in details, very long, I and  my family had very little sits, plane was full of people. we don’t move ten hours. That was painful for our body and foot. The food that we ate in the plane was maybe medium, it was small portion meat with ravioli, we ate two times.
Next, we came to the New York airport (JFK). After the flight we took the taxi and went to Manhattan. When I saw  Manhattan in the first time skyscrapers were very amazing, extremely biggest houses were standing in the land. I didn’t see it before in the Moscow. Moscow has skyscrapers,  but not one hundred floors houses.
I think Russia just “copied and pasted” some Manhattan skyscrapers, because it’s simply to see it.. Also Moscow is the first, biggest capital of Russia. Second St. Petersburg is the amazing city with amazing culture and beautiful buildings (not skyscrapers), like other cities in Russia.
After visiting Manhattan we went to our family friends. In their building we were looking for the rental apartments to live. Also, it was hard, because New York includes more people and every single family need apartments to live.
Finally we found apartment to live and we moved there. That was clear, medium size apartment. We liked that.
Next, my family started searching school for me. First time we called to New York City Department of Education, they said to go to the Ave M&some street( I forgot the street name). My family went to the  NYDOE many times. We didn’t understand what documents we need. After some days we found the school for me.
Next day we we went to the school that we found and we met Mr. Carlos. Mr.Carlos registered me to the school. In the first look that school seemed me that it’s the best school in Brooklyn, because the school was different than other schools I saw. And I thought that school was good for immigrants. First day it will be grey, because, Ididn’t understand where to go and what I should do. After some days I got everything. It was easy. American and Russian schools are very different. Russians schools very hard. American schools very easy. Where is medium, normal school? How I think? Now I’m studying in that school.
After searching school for me, my parents should be found work to earn money for our family.
My parents called to agencies, they said: “We’ll call you back as soon, if something we’ll find. But they, no-one didn’t call back, never.
Then we thought how it’s hard to find the job for immigrants, and we found the Russian site with advertising. The site has a lot of different categories of job. After some days my family found job, how they wanted. It’s was very hard to find the job for them. Now my parents are working, they are working where they wanted to work. And this is very good, because if you work where you don’t want, you don’t like, I think it’s hard and bad to your life. Now my parents like their work.

The America changed my life. The life became more interestinger, but now I have less time for myself, because I spend more time on the road (in subway). From home to my school it takes a lot of time. More than one hour in day on the road and it is without other trips or rides. I just go from my home to my school and from my school to my home.
I also have a hobby. I like computer programming. Doing that is better for me. And I think I want to work in this way. I can create genius devices program and apps. This way has biggest perspectives, because people like gadgets. Two days in the week I have elective class for my hobby, but it’s not that, what I want, because this is very easy for me. Also I have hobby on YouTube. I create channel on Apple incorporated news and features. I like it.
Now I know what is immigration, it’s hard for people, but people have to try their best to live better than before. And some governments  can’t create a good life for their citizens, for their families.  And I came to the United States with my family for better life.
